Improved Window Geometry

Window frames are moved forward and are taller than other models offering a walk thru window frame. Our window frames allow for room to stand and drive as well as SUBURB VISION while sitting and driving. Designed around the height for the Shockwave S5 suspension bases and PRP Seats you will no longer be looking and the back of your window frame and will have superior view while being able to up your skills behind the seat.

Transom Design

Our one-of-a-kind transom is angled out from the center and down from the back of the swim deck to the hull, allowing for best-in-class REVERSE OPERATION and extra flotation. While others may offer a similar idea, Rocky Mountain Jet has perfected it by accomplishing this shape while retaining a single layer of metal above the pump, allowing for EASY stomp grate installation. We have also widened the pump area by 2” and flared it out by 4” as it reaches toward the back of the boat, allowing for more room to access and work on the pump as well as giving room for pump guards.

Tabbed and Notched

The Fission is BUILDER READY and packed with features that can go unnoticed, especially for a first-time builder. Parts are tabbed and notched for PRECISE ALIGNMENT every time, no need to measure the placement of components, simply slide them into place and weld. In addition, our boat features all holes predrilled down to our generous 1.5” gunnel return ledge that has 2 holes drilled every 8” for SECURE wire routing. All sharp corners have been pre-rounded to help from getting cut while building or servicing the boat.

Trim Tabs

This is the only mini boat on the market that has a 2” trim tab that runs past the transom. With a simple bend, this will allow you to BALANCE your boat and FINE TUNE your ride to squeeze the most out of your boat as possible with little to no effort.

Balance

With careful planning and design the Fission is the best-balanced boat on the market. From being able to carry 5 PASSENGERS or running CLASS 4 RAPIDS, our hull does not fail to perform and amaze in all conditions.

Bow Design

Our bow shape is the best development for mini jets since their creation. Our bow shape and hull geometry allow for ease of steering as well as showcasing its UNMATCHED RIDE AND PERFORMANCE in whitewater or choppy water. No longer will the bow dive into successive wave trains, nor punish your body if the lake gets choppy.

RMJ does not try to lure you in with a low-cost kit then nickel and dime for base level features that should be INCLUDED. Every Fission comes complete with 4 seater motor cover, ¼” bottom, walk thru front window, all rails and mounts, latches and hinges for motor cover and walkthrough, tabbed and notched bow supports, motor cover supports, and dead pedal.

Tested

We did not design this boat yesterday or even last year. We have had prototypes out and being FULLY TESTED by partners of Rocky Mountain Jet spanning the last 2.5 YEARS, making this boat the best it could be for builders as well as turnkey buyers.
